House of Grace is an orphanage and school in Haiti. They approached me seeking a low budget logo. I wanted to create something rustic and handmade feeling. I hand-lettered and illustrated the logo to accomplish this.
Because House of Grace is involved in education, I wanted to include a boy reading. The tree without leaves represents hardship. The bird flying represents the new life these kids receive.
